The Project Kick Off Meeting was organized on the 15th February 2010 at Jor Bagh, New Delhi by GTZ-ASEM. The participants of the meeting were project partners viz. Toxics Link, MAIT and Adelphi Research. The one day meeting focussed on developing action plans with set of activities, timelines and responsibilities of the various stakeholders in steering the project activities during the course of project implementation.

The HRDP Operation Plan (OP) is the guiding document for the training programmes and activities planned under the Human Resource Development Programme (HRDP) catering to the different Thrust Areas of the ASEM Programme.
